Prices for worker rooms and furnished apartments

Clear guidance instead of overloaded price tables

Our prices depend on location, room type, length of stay, number of guests and the requested service level. We therefore provide a simple price guide and prepare a suitable offer for your stay on request.

Single room

from €45

for workers, commuters and individual business guests

Double room

from €35

per person
for colleagues, teams and longer work assignments

Available with or without service

For suitable stays, rental without additional services is also possible on request.

  • With service means: weekly cleaning, bed linen and towels are included.
  • For bookings without service and stays of more than 30 nights, a final cleaning fee of €100 is charged on departure.

Scaled pricing by duration and number of guests

Depending on the number of guests, length of stay, location and occupancy, we offer suitable scaled rates. Please contact us so that we can prepare an individual offer for your team.
